Maria Fotopoulou is a customer-centric leader with over twenty years of experience in CRM, Marketing, and team development. Throughout her career at Würth Hellas, she has been dedicated to building meaningful relationships between organizations and customers, leading initiatives that strengthen loyalty, elevate customer experience, and drive sustainable business growth. 

She currently manages a team of CRM professionals and designs strategies that focus on personalized engagement, customer segmentation, and data-driven insights. Her work has contributed to expanding the customer base, improving satisfaction, and introducing innovative digital solutions, including the successful implementation of the company’s Sales Force Automation (SFA) system.

 Beyond her strategic responsibilities, she is deeply committed to empowering people. She has trained and coached numerous colleagues, helping them develop strong customer-focused mindsets and skills that support their professional evolution. Her collaborative approach across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams reflects her belief in inclusive leadership and the value of shared knowledge. 

Before joining the CRM leadership team, she held roles in Marketing, Communications, and Account Management, gaining valuable experience in branding, ATL/BTL campaigns, PR, and events. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from Deree – The American College of Greece.
