We are seeking a talented CRM Specialist to join our team. As a CRM specialist, you will play a key role in orchestrating our CRM strategy and systems to enable higher customer satisfaction, smarter sales execution, and scalable business growth. You’ll empower the commercial team with actionable insights and frictionless digital workflows, directly impacting revenue and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy & Process Excellence
- Lead the evolution of CRM practices to support Konica Minolta’s strategic direction (DWDX, VSS, IP, PP, Office).
- Translate sales and service journeys into CRM workflows that improve conversion, retention, and upselling/cross-selling potential.
2. System Configuration & Optimization
- Administer and continuously improve our CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics and its M-models module for products, EPC, etc).
- Manage price lists and promos in the system.
- Work closely with CRM group and colleagues from our HQ for updates and functionality improvements
3. Data Analytics & Insight Generation
- Ensure the CRM is a single source of truth for customer data, contact history, segmentation, and touchpoints across portfolios.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to support sales performance management, campaign ROI, and pipeline forecasting — especially in emerging areas like VSS and DWDX.
- Drive cleansing, standardization, and enrichment processes to improve targeting accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
4. Commercial Enablement & User Adoption
- Support local sales and marketing teams in using CRM as a core business tool — from forecasting to key account planning.
- Provide training, onboarding, and CRM best practices for internal users, ensuring alignment with new motivation schemes and performance tracking.
- Gather feedback from users and management to continuously improve system usability and business value.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with CRM system management, ideally in a B2B environment.
- CRM platform certification (Microsoft Dynamics) is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, campaign management, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Familiarity with sales team structures, performance metrics, and pipeline management.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM reporting, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
- Excellent communication and training skills to work cross-functionally
- Experience with integration of CRM to ERP, Marketing Automation
