Eirini Koufaki is Head of People & Organizations and Communications at Siemens S.A., where she has been working since November 2010. Throughout her career, she has led significant local and international projects in the areas of culture transformation, skills development (reskilling/upskilling), corporate communications, employer branding, and HR digitalization.
Prior to Siemens, she gained valuable experience in multinational environments, including GlaxoSmithKline Greece, where she was involved in Compensation & Benefits, and Cadbury Greece.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business, which she completed on a scholarship. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and has attended the Mini MBA professional program at ALBA Graduate Business School.
