The practice-oriented live online training “AI Agents and AI-Powered Process Optimisation in Corporate Practice” is divided into three compact units.

First, the basics of AI and process management are taught in order to create a common understanding of the opportunities and limitations of this technology. The second part focuses on the practical application of various AI models and automation tools – with live demos, step-by-step instructions and concrete examples from everyday business life. Finally, the focus will be on advanced deployment scenarios, in particular the use of AI agents.

This online training offers a structured introduction to AI-powered process automation and AI agents – with increasing levels of difficulty: from individual automations for your own daily work to more complex, company-wide (enterprise) applications.

The training will give participants an outlook on the next steps towards “hyperautomation”. At the end of the course, participants will be able to identify potential in their companies with regard to the use of AI/automation.

The course is aimed at specialists and managers as well as anyone interested in learning about and utilising the diverse automation potential of AI in their day-to-day work.

For the online training, it is helpful (but not essential) to use the paid version of ChatGPT (ChatGPT Plus) or to have Microsoft Copilot integrated into your MS365 package.
