In order for companies to realise productivity increases and efficiency gains through the use of AI applications, they need employees who understand the AI tools and can use them competently and responsibly.
This essential training course provides an understanding of how AI works, its possible applications, and specific uses, focused on professional practice. Participants will gain confidence in using AI tools, enhance their problem-solving capabilities, and develop a clear understanding of ethical and responsible AI use.

The program offers three training cycles during the year – choose your preferred dates.
Live Online Training: Approx. 24 hours of interactive online training with experienced instructors.
Certificate: Training including certificate of attendance and digital badge
for social media profiles, email signature, etc.

Who is it for?
For specialists and managers, project managers, employees in the HR department and all decision-makers who, as drivers of innovation and digitalisation, want to advance the topic of AI in the company: project and company-specific, strategic and operational.
No previous knowledge of AI is required.
Please note: Proficiency in English is required as the course is held in English.

Varies depending on the membership category of the German-Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce:
Certification
At the end of the course, participants receive an internationaly recognized certificate from the German-Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce incl. digital badge for social media profiles, email signature, etc.
Technology
The participants need:
- PC or laptop with up-to-date operating system, each with sound card/sound output and connection for a headset
- Headphones with microphone (headset), webcam
- Internet access with at least 0.6 Mbps downstream and at least 1 Mbps upstream (can be verified in the router or under Settings/Network Speed)
- Up-to-date version of an HTML5 browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox)
Participants can access the virtual classroom via a link.
