Mihalis is the Head of OTE Group IT Innovation Center. His role is to manage and enable OTE Group to introduce innovative and game-changing technologies to customers and employees. In the past, Mihalis was responsible for applying business process management, operational transformation and simplification techniques / methodologies to various functions across OTE Group. He has been involved in various key transformation projects across OTE & DT Group. In the past, Mihalis has worked in consulting for KPMG Greece.

He has more than 20 years of experience in Process Management and Operational/IT Transformation.
