About the Role
As a Content Operations Associate, you will play a critical part in enhancing Einhell’s product presence on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and partner stores globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and adapt materials and texts for optimal product presentation on e-commerce platforms and Amazon.
- Manage and maintain product information and data within internal systems and tools.
- Ensure accurate and high-quality translations (English-German) for product content, coordinating with translation agencies and international subsidiaries.
- Edit and optimize product images for optimal online presentation.
- Check and upload content (texts, images, and other materials) to e-commerce platforms.
- Communicate with marketing teams, partners (stores), and engineers to align on product status and technical documentation.
Daily Tasks Include:
- Updating and uploading content to Amazon or e-commerce platforms.
- Editing of texts and images, including basic use of Photoshop.
- Monitoring product tasks via Jira and maintaining accurate updates.
- Utilizing tools such as Loadbee, Power BI, MS Excel, and Outlook for content operations.
The role is perfect for you if YOU:
- Are a fluent German and English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
- Are Detail-Oriented, with focus on task completion, accuracy in data management, and content optimization.
- Have Technical Skills and be confident in using tools like Jira, Power BI, Photoshop, MS Excel, Outlook, Loadbee
- Are familiar with e-commerce platforms and operations is a plus.
- Are a Team Player with strong interpersonal and communication skills for seamless collaboration with international teams.
