GREEK BUSINESS DELEGATION to SOUTH EAST ASIA

INDONESIA, ΜΑLΑYSIA, SINGAPORE, ΤHAILAND, FILIPPINES 23rd Νοvember-4th December 2019

The German-Greek Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Greek-Asian Business Council are organizing a Greek Business Delegation to 5 destinations in the South East Asian region to explore opportunities in dynamic markets which show significant growth prospects. The Delegation will visit Jakarta on 24-26/11, Kuala Lumpur on 26-28/11, Singapore on 28-30/11, Bangkok on 30/11-2/12, and Manila on 3-4/12.

The mission will allow Greek extrovert enterprises to explore five different Asian markets which have large populations, the medium class increases its buying power, consumers tend to prefer western products and there are several promising sectors for business, such as food and beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, construction materials, tourism and others.

The Delegation will consist of a limited number of participants who will have scheduled meetings with local buyers, distributors, wholesalers, which will be arranged with the support of the Commercial Office of the Greek Embassies in Singapore and in Bangkok, the Consulates of Greece in Jakarta and in Manila, and with the cooperation of local Business Associations and the German Chambers which may provide access to their members.
