Kostas Saridakis

Kostas is an experienced strategist, entrepreneur and startup enthusiast. In 2011 he left a Big Four company to run his own consultancy firm and in 2014 he co-founded e-table.gr, Greece’s largest online restaurant reservation platform with more than 400.000 users. Following the acquisition of e-table.gr by the Mouchalis Group in 2019, Kostas co-founded Collaborate Healthcare, a health-tech startup on a mission to help health care professionals in individual practices and small clinics reduce diagnostic errors and drastically improve patient compliance to treatment. Collaborate has won numerous awards and is currently working with some of the biggest pharma companies in the implementation of innovative, patient-centric, digital health solutions.

Kostas holds a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc with distinction in Engineering Business Mgt from the University of Warwick, UK. He is married with two children.
