Thanos Falagas

Thanos Falagas is Enterprise & Business Marketing & CRM Director, of  OTE Group. His responsibilities include fixed & mobile communications new product development & product management, as well as marketing communication activities for Key Accounts, Large enterprises and Small & Medium enterprise customers. Areas of responsibilities include also business strategy formulation and execution in Digital, customer management/CRM (including retention and customer development), Customer Experience & engagement, as well as business development in ICT & new areas for OTE Group.

Prior to joining OTE, he served in various managerial positions Vodafone S.A. and Otenet S.A. in the areas of commercial management, products and services development, technical development, technical management and project management.

He holds a Diploma (MEng) in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (ΕΜΠ), an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of London, and an Executive MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).
