Companies and employees increasingly have to adapt flexibly and quickly to dynamic changes, manage ever more complex structures and make decisions with consequences that can hardly be anticipated down to the last detail. Live Online Training: Approx. 52 hours of interactive online training with experienced instructors.
Self-paced Study: Additional approx. 20 hours for independent in-depth learning.

2. Agile Methods and Frameworks
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe & Co.: principles, roles, artifacts, Iterative planning and incremental development, Visualization as a success factor
3. Customer-Centricity
Design Thinking: creative problem-solving and user-centric work, Lean Startup: idea validation and rapid experimentation, Value Streams and Business Agility
4. Agile Project Management in Practise
Adaptive planning and agile control, Backlog prioritization and agile estimation techniques, Hybrid project approaches (combining agile & traditional methods), Agile contracting and governance
5. Collaboration, Communication and Psychological Safety
Key success factors for agile teams, Feedback culture and retrospectives, Agile meeting formats and facilitation, Building psychological safety in teams, Conflict management in agile environments
6. AHK certificate test
To receive the AHK certificate, you have to write a project paper during the course (possibly related to your own company). The AHK test consists of a presentation of the paper and a technical discussion of approx. 15 minutes each.
