All departments attract and recruit top students and are taught by internationally renowned academic staff. In addition to excellence, innovation and social impact, extroversion is a core value of the university. As a testament to its expertise in hosting international students, AUEB maintains partnerships with over 250 universities worldwide and offers 70 undergraduate courses in English, attracting nearly 500 incoming students annually; this is the highest percentage of student mobility amongst Greek universities with reference to the active student population.
Pioneering English-Taught Programs
In addition to its robust undergraduate offerings, AUEB was one of the first Greek universities to establish English-taught postgraduate programs. Currently, 9 of its 29 master's programs are conducted entirely in English, earning international recognition and high rankings from reputable global ranking institutions. AUEB also hosts short-term study programs, summer schools, and educational visits for international students, further enhancing its global footprint.
