INTRACOM DEFENSE showcases innovation at AUSA 2025
Koropi, October 21st, 2025: INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE) had a dynamic presence at the Association of the United States Army Annual Meeting & Exposition "AUSA 2025", held in Washington DC from October 13-15, 2025. The national participation was organized by the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM), under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of National Defense, with the support of Enterprise Greece.
Mr. George Troullinos, CEO of IDE, welcomed among the distinguished visitors at IDE’s booth, H.E. Ekaterini Nassika, Ambassador of Greece to the United States, accompanied by Mr. Nikos Sapountzis, Deputy Chief of Mission, and Colonel Odysseas Papaevangelou, Defense Attaché of the Greek Embassy in Washington, as well as Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff, and Major General Ioannis Bouras, Director General GDDIA. IDE demonstrated its cutting-edge solutions, featured Hybrid Electric Power Systems along with Secure Tactical Communications and Command & Control (C4I) systems, designed to support modern defense missions and complex operational requirements.
Representing IDE, Mr. Efstathios Karagiannis, General Manager Marketing & Business Development, participated in the AMCHAM-organized Hellenic Pavilion Exclusive Event “Investing in Europe’s Defense Future: Opportunities and Innovation in Greece”, highlighting the company’s contribution to European defense capabilities and its strategic vision for defense innovation. The event brought together military officials and representatives of foreign and Greek defense ecosystem, to explore industry cooperation, technological advancement, and prospects within the ReArm Europe program.
