Dimitris Andriopoulos | Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Dimand SA

Born in 1961, Mr. Dimitris Andriopoulos has significant experience in the real estate, tourism, shipping and food industries. For more than 30 years he has been the head of major corporations and projects in Greece and abroad for Mc Donald's, Superfast Ferries, Elliniki Technodomiki - TEV and Intracom GoC.

Mr. Dimitris Andriopoulos is founder, main shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Dimand SA, a leading, Athens based real estate development company specializing in large scale sustainable (LEED Gold) office developments and urban regeneration projects.

Dimand has strong partnerships with institutional investors and organizations. In year 2016 it initiated development partnership with Grivalia Properties (Eurobank) and NBG Pangaea (Prodea Investments). In year 2018 Dimand and EBRD established a joint venture to invest in sustainable commercial real estate and hospitality projects in Greece, with a focus on brownfield projects. On Dec-2019 Dimand and H.I.G. Capital entered into a strategic debt and equity financing agreement, which in combination with the EBRD agreement enhances the firm’s investment reach.
