Ana is an agile business leader with 25 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a well proven success track record of growing both business and talents. She has spent most of her professional life working for Bayer in Europe, where she has built a career in Commercial and Managerial roles in different countries like Spain, Germany, France, Switzerland.

Ana is currently the Managing Director for Bayer Hellas AG in Greece and simultaneously heads the Pharmaceutical Division of Bayer in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova and Ukraine.

Ana has a degree in Business Administration from her native country El Salvador, and a master’s degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management in France. She speaks four languages and is passionate about cultural diversity, performance and developing teams. A firm believer that complacency prevents innovation, she thrives in creating psychological safe and fun working environments where new angles are explored, continuous improvement is sought, and innovation is co-created internally and externally.
