Giannis Georgopoulos is the Head of Business Analysis in the Smart Energy Systems Directorate of Motor Oil Hellas.  

Giannis has a multilevel experience across the Electricity Market value chain for over a decade through previous roles in HEDNO, the Greek NRA (Regulatory Authority for Energy), the electricity supply market and RES Aggregation.

He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Business Management and Administration Degree from the University of Patras.

He also holds an MSc Degree in Electronics and Information Processing as well as an MSc in Energy: Strategy, Law & Economics from the Universities of Patras and Piraeus respectively.
